My Next Adventure With The Three Amigos...
So I am thinking for my next adventure with the three amigos we should go ice skating! It is not my turn yet, its Billy’s turn now and he is taking FOREVER to pick something for us to do! Goodness child, just pick something! Haha just kidding. After Billy goes though it is my turn and I get to pick what I want and I think that we should either go ice skating or sledding(if it snows) of maybe ice fishing! Not sure yet? If you have any good ideas you should comment and let me know! J I love you three amigos
Pay Day:)
I CAN’T WAIT TIL TOMORROW!!! Okay since I have started my new job there has been some complications. I quit my job at the daycare and a couple weeks later I started my job working at Lake Orion High School. I work mainly as a swim teacher but I also lifeguard when I am needed. So because of the gap between jobs I got my last paycheck before I started to work at the high school. As it turned out right around that time I also was in dyer need of a new car. So I cleaned out my bank account getting myself a mini van. It was all good I had a little bit of money left over from working but not much. Then I finally started to work again and after working for like three weeks I found out that they couldn’t pay me until I got my finger prints turned in. So I had to schedule an appointment and go get my finger prints done and then they e-mailed me a letter verifying that I was okay and so I got it to my boss (and that was like a week process). After that I had to go to my old job and have them sign a paper verifying that I had no unprofessional conduct, that was another few days. THEN she gave me another paper that I had to fill out at work stating all my old jobs and the time period when I worked there. Once I got that all filled out with the addresses and such they mailed a paper to them that they had to sign and send back as a reference. FINALLY! My boss told me that everything was all set and that I would be getting paid a couple weeks ago but I guess they didn’t get one of the papers back in time to put into the system so they didn’t put the money into my account AGAIN! So they told me FOR SURE that I would be getting paid the next pay period which is NOVEMBER 5TH!!!!!!!! So HOPEFULLY tomorrow I will get my first paycheck from my new work after TWO MONTHS of not getting paid!!!! Lets just say that I owe my dad a good sum of money, but not too much I really monitored myself because I didn’t have anything haha. ANDDD my phone broke, which you may have read in a previous blog right after I ran out of money so I haven’t had a phone in two months so I am SO EXCITED to finally get my phone backJ !!! I have a feeling that I will keep forgetting to bring it places because I wont be used to having it haha TOMORROW IS GOING TO BE GREAT!!!

Halloween
Well, honestly my family doesn't celebrate Halloween. We aren't crazy or anything our church just doesn't agree with some of the stuff for Halloween so every year for Halloween we go to my church and have this big harvest fest party! Well this year, because they wanted to change it up a little, we did a candy fest! this was pretty much just a big play of the candy land board game and they had a bunch of games and activities where you could win candy and play games and a bunch of fun stuff. Me and my three friends went dressed up as the four colorful game pieces from the candy land game. I was the red one! my friend Mallory was green, my friend amber was yellow, and my friend Jessica was blue! I felt pretty bad for amber because first off, every store we went to didn’t have yellow face paint and then we couldn’t find a yellow shirt and she finally got paint and it was for like a poster or something and it like crusted off of her face haha it was sooo gross. Mine wasn't any better I must admit because my paint never fully dried and I think I ended up getting paint on like 10 different people, my pants, and all over the floor. it was pretty awful. I sort of with that we never did that, but at the same time it was cute so I am glad that we did. Also it was really hard to wash off and my scalp is still dyed red from the colored hair spray. All in all it was a fun night, but next time I think we should dress up as something less complicated hahaha

HIAWATHA YOUTH RALLY!
Last weekend was the most fun thing ever! It was the HIAWATHA YOUTH RALLY! I work for Hiawatha youth camp over the summer as the head lifeguard and last weekend we had a rally. What we did was we all got together, both staff and whatever campers could come and we pretty much just hung out and got to see each other after our long gap since camp. Every year Dan Stadt, one of the guys on staff, makes a video for the entire summer at camp. This year the video was almost a half an hour long!!! It was so worth it though! I loved being able to see all the wonderful things that went on at camp and it made me want to go back so bad! All I can think about is next summer and how incredibly awesome it is going to be! I love all of the people on staff they are so great! The best group of people you could ever ask for!
After the rally ended all of the people who were on staff went out to dinner together at Arthur’s Family Restaurant. It was a disappointment because the food want very good but I really enjoyed getting to spend more time with the staff and Emily who has been at Spring Arbor. After the staff went out to eat we went back to the church, where the rally was, because we thought that if we went back to the hotel too soon we would end up getting in trouble since we are a VERY loud group of teens. The church was fun. Some of the guys were playing the piano and they were actually pretty good! I love the piano! I would give anything to be good at it! Anyway, after we fooled around on the piano for a little while me and Kaylie went to the back of the church to watch some of the other guys play three on three football. It was entertaining to watch but some of them were pretty competitive. I was almost positive at one point that Aaron would end up getting shoved through a wall by one of the Malochlebs. After eating non-stop and yelling and whatever else until 3 o’clock in the morning we decided that we should go back to the hotel. Not like we went to sleep or anything but at least we made an effort right? Haha jk.
Eventually we got around to getting some shut eye! Me and Erin shared a bedJ In the middle of the night our covers fell of so Erin went to go grab them but she was so tired that she rested her head on my butt and fell asleep. Then a little while later she ended up waking up again and finally getting our blanket. We had church in the morning so we had to wake up earlyL ! We woke up right at ten, just in time to run down the stairs and grab some breakfast. Then we all got ready and went to church. After the two hour long service we all went out to eat at Red Robin’s! Their fries are sooooo good!!! There is another story about my dad coming to pick me up but I will save that for a later dayJ

THE THREE AMIGOS!!!
Okay so i just had the most fun ever! I'll start off by explaining my title. My friend Amber and my friend Billy and I all used to work together at the same daycare.
I have known Amber for about four years now, but I met Billy about a year ago. And Amber and Billy grew up together so they have known each other their whole lives. Well, once we all started working together the three of us got really close! Now we have special little friend dates once in awhile just to catch up. Me and Amber usually try to plan something but Billy usually likes to just sit and talk (one time he suggested that we go sit in the library??) haha but we are okay with that too because it usually ends up being really funJ Tonight was our friend date! We all got together at Amber’s house and our big plan was to have a little fun cooking in the kitchen making turkey burgers! I have personally never had a turkey burger until tonight but they were actually pretty good. After that we saw that there was a special on ABC Family of a bunch of combined Pixar shorts (so it was a bunch of those little movies that come on before you watch one of their movies). Those were probably was funnier than they should have been for three college students but it was pretty interesting. That was on for a long time but we didn’t just sit there and watch it we talked through all of it just to catch up. Me and Billy got to talk about Spring Arbor because just like me his best friend also goes there! Small world huh? So we talked a little bit about that and stuff and I got him excited to go up there next weekend to see his best friend so that should be pretty fun for him!
After talking and what not for awhile I decided that they should all experience star tipping! (I explained what it was in my post about spring arbor) So we all go outside and for the longest time we spun around in circles and then fell over haha. Amber was pretty funny because she would always fall over before we shined her in the face because she was so dizzy. Ashley, (Amber’s twin sister that I’m also really good friends with), was so funny! She would always spin and go crazy and we would have to chase her around the yard so she wouldn’t crash into something! After that I went and I pretty much followed in Ashley’s footsteps haha. One time I got so dizzy that I ran right into Billy and grabbed onto his arms so I didn’t fall then let go and started running to the side and completely took out Ashley but it was so dark she didn’t even see me coming! IT WAS THE FUNNIEST THING EVER! And then I was so dizzy still that I couldn’t even stand up! HAHA but then BILLY!!!! HAHAHA he never fell but he would spin around ten times and while he was spinning he would look up at the sky with his tongue hanging out and would make the funniest noises and then we would be like “okay Billy stop” and try to shine the flashlight in his face and he literally couldn’t stop himself from spinning! He was like “my feet won’t listen! I can’t stop spinning!” and we finally caught him and helped settle him down. All in all it was the most fun thing that we have ever done (probably not really but its pretty high up there!). I absolutely LOVE the three amigos and I am so blessed to have all of them as such good friends!

SPRING ARBOR WAS SO FUN!!!
Alright where to start? Okay let's start off with the fact that I am HORRIBLE with directions. I get lost going everywhere!! You can ask any of my friends they are all a witness... if i drive with people somewhere and they don't know where to go i almost think that i remember something and tell them where to go and get SO LOST! but... that's not the point. I started off to my trip to Spring Arbor, i don't have a GPS or anything so my parents were kind of worried because it about a two hour drive. With traffic and a bunch of detours that I had to take it ended up taking me a little under three hours. I WAS SUPRISED I MADE IT!
I met up with Emily at the McDonald's across the street and she showed me where to park and got my junk to her dorm:) I met her roomate Margaret, SHE'S SO GREAT! I am so happy that she lives with Margaret, they couldn't have picked a better roomie for her:) After that we were kind of hungry so we went to this place called Finley's restaurant. The whole time we were looking around and couldn't decide if it was a classy restaurant or a family restaurant? The menu was like a home diner but then they sold beer and wine and stuff like that. And then some people were dressed nice and others were in like jeans and a t-shirt... so we came up with the slogan "here at Finley's it's all about class" haha yeah they need to either go up or down. A little too inbetween. After we were done eating we continued our adventure to Meijer! We shopped for a little over an hour, got all the stuff that Emily needed for her dorm, went to pay and THERE WAS NO MONEY LEFT ON HER CARD! she forgot that it took a day to go through and she wouldn't have money til the next day so all of that shopping time went to waste.
Then we got back to the school and we decided to have a photo tour around campus! we went around taking pictures of some random things... Then she showed me the oak tree! its this enormous oak tree in front of her dorm and we wanted to take a picture by it... So we go up to the tree and em says "hey mar, let's pretend like we are climbing the tree!" i think it a great idea... Margaret goes to take a picture and just as the first flash flashes (it flashes twice) i jump up i the air pretending to be hugging the tree in the air... i jump up and the bark breaks out from under my hand and i fall straight back out of the tree... it wasn't too bad, it hurt but nothing major. UNTIL a few minutes later i went to check my phone and the screen was wrecked on the inside and out! it was aweful.
After we were done with that we decided to meet up with some of her friends that were in her core. There was about 8 or so people in this little dorm room but it was pretty fun. Levi is in Emily's core. He is super funny! They all call him a "beach boy" or something like that because he is a lifeguard and stuff like that but he is really fun to hang out with. We were also with his sister Andra, Margaret, Erica, Garrett, Jordan, Claire, and a couple other people but i didnt get to know them as well. We ended up playing ten fingers and had to try to think of origional things because we were all trying to get to know eachother better. A little while after we couldn't think of stuff to say anymore we all decided to go to McDonald's. The lobby closes at 11 so after that we are allowed to walk through the drive through! So we waited until about 11:25 then walked through the drive through! What a thrill haha.
Coming back from McDonlads I ended up seeing one of my friends Jeremy Shankle who is best friends with one of my really good friends:) It was good to see him we got to talk flr a little bit and I got to meet his girl friend... She seems really nice! I guess someone had stolen her twilight posters and they had some big shaving cream fight or something like that, sounded pretty funny. haha
We went back to the boys dorm after that, U-hall. It's the new dorm on campus so the guys who live there are all really proud about living there haha they even made up a song called "u-hall is legit" hahaha. We got there and found a game sitting by the couch called boxers or breifs... It's kind of like apples to apples only not as good haha. We played that for a little while until we decided that it was a waste of time and some kid came in with a flash light... He comes in and they were all like "dude! were you just star tipping?" (also called star tripping but i like tipping better it makes me think of cow tipping lol) And he was like "yeah wanna go?" So we all go "star tipping"... we go outside, ps. its like 1:30 in the morning, and what you do, since its dark, is you stare up at like a star or the moon and spin around ten time while still looking at the moon. One you finish spinning someone stops you and shins a flashlight in your face... then out of nowhere you fall over without control. This was probably the best thing about my stay. SO FUNNY! watching people spin around then just fall over. I fell and like rolled our in a backwards somersault hahait was so fun though!
We got up for church the next morning. It was a pretty good service. We went and ate in the lounge after. Food wasn't very good:( oh well. When we were done with that we wanted to watch a movie so we borrowed ps. i love you from one of her friends and we went to the lounge but we saw that another core had reserved it for 2:00 and it was already 1:45 so we just waited til they got there to see what they were watching. They didn't have any movie planned and the boys voted no on ps. i love you so we ended up watching Nick and Nora's Infinate Playlist. I wasn't really a fan but whatever not that big or a deal. Then we ate dinner. When we were done with that we just went back to her dorm and chilled for a little bit and i got a call from my parents and they wanted me to come home earlier so i didn't have to drive too late. Well I got directions off mapquest and headed out on my way. AHH!!! i ended up missing up one of my exits going south and I didn't realize it for awhile until i saw a water tower that said dundee on it. I was like "CRAP" so i called my dad and he was like get off now! so i got off just passed Ida in a little town called Petersville or something like that? Iwas just 2 miles from Ohio's border. So I got off and it was pure cow town! there was no way on or off the interstate anywhere in sight! so i just kept driving hoping I would find something eventually. My dad was following me on his laptop telling me where to turn and what streets to take. After over 4 HOURS of being lost i finally found my way home:) i walk in the door and my dad was just like "you should probably get a GPS" haha so maybe someday soon i will invest in that:) who knows? But all in all I had a GREAT TIME! I loved being there it was so fun, I can't wait to go visit again!
